Talk to us, from general inquiries to discussing your health goals.
Who is Calibre for?
Calibre is available for adults aged 18 to 65 living in England, with a particular focus on 25 to 55-year-olds who are broadly well and looking for a holistic, proactive and expert-led approach to their health.
Calibre works alongside traditional healthcare and is not suitable as a first point of contact for new or urgent health concerns. Calibre is not currently suitable if you: are under 18 or over 65; are not resident in England; are experiencing new, worsening or urgent symptoms not yet discussed with a doctor, including mental health symptoms; are currently pregnant; or have a health condition that is unstable or not well controlled.
If unsure, contact info@getcalibre.com before signing up.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you don’t feel your Health Assessment has given you greater clarity about your health, let us know within seven days of your assessment call with your dedicated doctor and we’ll refund your most recent payment in full, no questions asked.
Email refunds@getcalibre.com within seven days of your assessment call.
Can I pause or cancel my membership after I sign up?
Yes. If you need to pause your membership, message us and we’ll help arrange it.
If you cancel before completing your first lab test, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel after your first lab test has been completed, a minimum of £177 is retained. Any amount paid above £177 is refunded pro rata for unused complete months remaining in your paid term.
To cancel, email refunds@getcalibre.com.
First-time members who qualify for our Money Back Guarantee are covered by that guarantee instead.
What happens after I sign up and pay?
You’ll create your Calibre account and set up WhatsApp as your direct channel to the Calibre team. The app then guides you through completing your health questionnaires, connecting your wearable, uploading past medical records, booking your lab test and choosing your five-day lifestyle-tracking window.
Why is Calibre a membership?
Because health is a trajectory, not a snapshot. As we learn more about you and measure what changes, your Health Assessment and plan become more precise over time.
What does the first month with Calibre look like?
Week 1: Build your baseline
Complete your health questionnaires, connect your wearable, upload past medical records and book your lab test.
Week 2: Diagnostics
Complete your personalised blood and urine test at a Randox clinic, alongside five days of lifestyle tracking covering energy, blood pressure, nutrition, activity and sleep.
Week 3 to 4: Understand your health
Once all your information is complete, your dedicated doctor and Calibre’s causal AI bring it together in your Health Assessment. You meet your dedicated doctor to understand what’s driving your energy and long-term health and agree your first personalised plan.
From there
We track what changes, learn from the results and continuously refine your plan.
What diagnostics are included, and how often are they repeated?
Your membership starts with a personalised blood and urine lab test covering 50+ biomarkers, selected to build a meaningful baseline for your energy and long-term health.
Every six months, you and your dedicated doctor decide which diagnostic will add the most value. This may mean targeted blood-marker retesting or an advanced test such as DEXA, VO₂ max or CGM. Your full blood and urine lab test is repeated annually.
This cycle continues throughout your membership.
How is my blood panel personalised?
We personalise our 50+ biomarker baseline test by asking you a targeted set of questions about your past health, current context and goals. Your answers help us select the markers most relevant to understanding your energy and long-term health.
How does Calibre compare with an annual health check?
An annual health check gives you a snapshot. Calibre is built around your trajectory. We decide what to measure, interpret it in the context of your full story, act on what matters and track what changes over time, working towards more energy today and lower long-term health risks.
How does Calibre compare to a wearable like Whoop or Oura?
A wearable can tell you something’s off, but it can’t tell you why. Calibre combines wearable data with diagnostics, lifestyle and your health history to understand what it means for you and what to do about it.
Who are the doctors behind Calibre?
Calibre was co-founded by physician and sports scientist Dr Reinhold Innerhofer. Every member has a dedicated doctor, supported by Calibre’s clinical methodology and causal AI. Clinical care and interpretation are delivered directly by Calibre as a CQC-regulated care provider.
Does Calibre replace my GP?
No. Calibre is your primary relationship for proactive health, working alongside traditional healthcare. We help you understand what’s driving your health and how to improve it over time. When something requires specialist or urgent care, your dedicated doctor guides you to the right service.
Is my data secure, and how is it handled?
Yes. Calibre meets UK GDPR and healthcare data-protection standards as a CQC-regulated care provider. Your health information is only accessible to you and the people involved in your care. We don’t share it with third parties without your consent, other than in exceptional circumstances where we have a legal obligation to do so.
